SHIPPING & RETURNS
Products purchased through our SILKA COLOMBIA Marketplace are subject to the shipping conditions chosen by the user and the delivery conditions available in our Marketplace. The user will freely choose the address of the place of delivery.
After the payment is approved and the order is dispatched, SILKA COLOMBIA will communicate by email to the Customer the delivery date of their order.
In case no one receives the order at the shipping address, a second attempt will be made during the following three days. If after this attempt no one receives the order, the user must contact our Marketplace at the email email@example.com and the cost of the new shipment is borne by the customer. If the client does not make a new shipment during the following 5 days after the second attempt, the product is declared abandoned and there will be no compensation. In such case, SILKA COLOMBIA will not be responsible for the products not received.
If the customer chooses cash on delivery, and does not cancel the entire product and shipped pre-established in the order, it is understood that there is a breach of the contract and the customer must cancel the value corresponding to the return of the products.
It is understood that any person who is in the place indicated by the Client for the delivery of the products is authorized to receive the order, therefore, SILKA COLOMBIA is exonerated from any claim arising from the delivery made in the indicated place for the client.
What is our return policy?
Returns are allowed within a range of 7 business days after receiving your order, during this time you can decide if you change the product for another size or other reference of equal or greater value, after this time and up to 30 days after receipt The product can be changed
if the product is defective or if you received a product with different characteristics from those you ordered.
You must take the following into account when returning an item:
You must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and details of the inconvenience with the received garment
The product must be in perfect condition, without having been used and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
When the product is received, the supplier performs the quality control that takes approximately 3 business days. When the status of the product is determined and the change or refund in credit note is authorized, we will proceed with the option chosen by the client
Do we refund the money?
Refunds will only be made in the form of a credit note. NO refunds are made.
Can I change a product for a different size or color?
YES! Silka gives the client the option of exchanging their garment for another of the same reference, either in another color or another size, if their desire is to change for a different reference, it is possible to do so only if the new reference is of the same value or higher than previously acquired.
The cancellation of a purchase is only made if the supplier is unable to send the product to the Customer due to lack of inventory and / or other reason of force majeure. In case this happens, the client will be notified and the money will be returned. Money back times vary depending on the payment method used.
The Client can choose between the following refund methods
Bonus: the bonds are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase. The delivery time for this refund is 2 business days.
Bank Consignment: The account holder must be the same one who made the purchase at www.shopsilka.com. The refund will be made in 3 business days.
